Squires seem to have had a very good Christmas after looking at what kits are available
I was doing some research over the weekend and noticed Squires have updated their Southeastern Finecast website, I could not find things like wheel and motor packs, though these may be work in progress. What also is different (and good news) is they are advertising in supplying spares
But the amount of loco kits showing sold out must be good signs that kit building is on the way up. I have noticed over time some kit prices seen to have crept up. In the past there was to a certain extent a same price structure for tank and tender locos (in house production savings? ), now this seems to have altered, I assume once old stock is sold a new price structure is set according to what it cost to produce. Something none of us can avoid.
Good to see Squires investing both in their website and customer support in spares
