The SRPS at Bo'ness has quite an extensive collection of wagons: SRPS Museum Collection Wagons page

Over the years I have taken photos of individual vehicles which I may be of interest to some of you. First up, two William Briggs 14 ton tank wagons

Thank you so much for sharing these, Andrew, they're really useful (and very nicely restored, of course). I hadn't realised that there were any Minfits in preservation (albeit rebodied and clearly passing through the hands of the engineers - hence the plated over holes on the sides, but presumably not the lack of floor!) so that's a very pleasant revelation.

No problem, Adam - I was sorting through my photos and thought they might be of interest. The SRPS collection is quite extensive and the Museum have been careful to obtain a good selection. It's not just about locomotives.... ;-)

I occasionally stop to record a wagon of particular interest to me. There will be more to come as and when I have time to sort through my collection.

Thank you for sharing your SRPS photos. I understand they had (may still have) a GNR open wagon. Did you photograph that by any chance?

Hi Tony, I don't have any close up photos of the GN wagon, but assuming it is still in the SRE2 Museum hall I will try to get some photos when I am next in Scotland. I usually work in the adjacent museum hall. I am in Bo'ness for a work week in early August and will try to get some photos then.

[Edit] A small corner of the wagon sneaked into a photo I took last summer, so it's still in the SRE2 building.
