Whitemetal Offcut?

Hi,

I had a small accident with the soldering iron this afternoon and accidentally melted a chunk of the whitemetal on the IGA wagon. The section is about 20 x 4 x 0.8mm so I'm looking for a strip of the stuff. I popped variations of white metal into google and all that comes back is small fantasy figures Has anyone got any offcut they'd be happy to donate please?

You could repair it with brass, but you'll have to tin it first with 185 or similar and then solder with low melt to the white metal .
