Wildlife in the garden - at any time of year

Chris checked her wildlife camera (that we have mounted in the back garden at present because we have a hedgehog living in one of the hedgehog houses) and we also had a nocturnal visit from the Polecat.

It seems to be just having a nosey around as it didn't stay long.

Bought a new camera recently which has a pre capture facility which basically takes a series of pictures continuously whilst your half pressing the shutter button in a buffer then when you take the picture you already got a few pictures stored that the camera took before you pressed the shutter fully. So I have been playing with it in the garden and got this Sparrow departing the feeder. Will be better with a bit of sunshine I hope. this was 4,000th sec at 10,000 asa!

Had this Chaffinch keep jumping up at one of the workshop windows, I think he's seeing his own reflection thinking it's another male ?
They nest here every year.

And we found this pair of rabbit kitten's by the hedge that we planted along the side of the workshop, there is a burrow under the shop as we are used to the odd couple of rabbits in the garden but these are the first kittens we've seen, their eyes still looked closed and the ears flat so they could only be around 10 days old, smaller than my hand, they did move around a little, we placed them under the hedge near the burrow later and there was no sign of them this morning.
