I would say go for a Iwatta. I have a revolution and an HP-C+, and the Revolution is a real workhorse doing 95% of my spraying. The finer 'brush is superb but it is a lot less forgiving of the media they you shoot and I keep it for finishing jobs.
Hi Steph,Alan,
I just use the small colour cup (50-0482) in my Anthem when I'm doing small bits and weathering. Have you tried it?
If you get on with the Anthem, it's a lot cheaper than trying to find another airbrush!
The alternative would be to get a Badger 100, I guess. Available in a choice of styles: http://www.badgerairbrush.com/BADGER_100.asp
Or the new Patriot - which from specs and appearance seems to be a top-feed version of the Anthem: http://www.badgerairbrush.com/Patriot_105.asp

Yes, I have ordered a new needle and although have always kept it clean you may be right it probably needs a good soak, the ptfe bush is not removable unless you return it to the USA I believe but I'll let you know anywayHmm, if it's had a lot of use then it could be worn. More likely is that there's some old dried paint in the head, a score in the PTFE bush, or a dink to the end of the needle.
It might well be worth taking it apart as far as you can and leaving the whole lot to soak overnight in some cellulose thinners, before a good going over with an old toothbrush.
My Anthem has seen an awful lot of use and still remains a pleasure to own and use.

What is that, never heard of it?I got an ultrasonic bath from Maplins for about £25 and its excellent for removing fine debris.
