Following on from Mikoo's thread 'Some Previous Work' here are some of my early attempts at railway modelling during my teens in the late 1970's/early 1980's.

LBSC D3 converted from a Wills E5. The LBSC coaches were converted from Ratio Midland coach kits on Farish bogies. The E2 was the Hornby model with extended tanks and lowered cab roof. This ran on a fully compensated Alan Gibson chassis.

LBSC Stroudley C1 converted from a GEM Gladstone kit.

LBSC Marsh Atlantic built from a Jidenco etched brass kit running on a modified Wills De Glenn chassis. The model was hand lined.

SECR (ex LCDR) M3 converted from the Ratio Midland 2-4-0 kit. The 4w brake van was scratch built from card by my dad in the 1960's on a Hornby Dublo chassis.

And finally, my scratch built SR (ex LBSC) I1 on a Wills D1 chassis.
