NER hopper wagons

I believe these were built from 1904 on - I've read somewhere that the LNER built a further 7,000 almost identical wagons .

Hi I know some of you were interested in the drawing for these and as I've been rummaging lately I've found the drawing although I'm sure I got it from Tony (Osgood)
Regards

John, it is not the same drawing - the one you just posted looks like a copy of an original NER drawing.

The one I sent you (image in post 20) is an LNER drawing suggesting it represents the later (LNER) build - which looks very much like the NER original (and almost certainly traced from it) but presumably has been amended with the LNER variations (note the N letter is in different position on wagon side).

Cheers,
Tony

I'd very much like a copy of the NE drawing John, to compare with the LNER one.

If anyone would like a copy of the LNE drawing I could get one done.

Hi John,

Could I have a copy of the drawing too John? - I have four or five of these kit's in the to do pile - I took a load of photo's of the one at Shildon with the assistance of fellow member Peter Sheils and plan to use my silhouette cutter to cut the drop door details.

Hi John,

I don't think I ever received the drawing from you - checked emails and PMs.
If you still have my email I'll be pleased to get a high res. copy.

Tony
