I understand from postings on the District Dave and RMWeb forums that Phil Radley [of Radley Models] has passed away.
My condolences to his wife and their children and grandchildren.
Many will know that Phil inherited the stock of the Harrow Model Shop when it closed down and was instrumental in ensuring the survival of 4mm [and latterley 7mm] London Underground rolling stock kits.
