San Cheng 4F

Coming in from the side again... I have the club's San Cheng 4F 0-6-0. There have been a number of problems, not the lest of which is the tendency of the wheels to move on the axles.

Is there a chassis by a supplier somewhere which I could use to replace the original and fit (probably) Slater's wheels?
