From the Slaters kit with a few minor tweaks. BR unfitted brake van from LMS diagram D2068. Number M731497, one of the last brake vans built to this design. Built in the period 1949-1950 and entered service with the M prefix under British Railways ownership.
It's been a bogey project for a few months. One of those you want to get off the workbench but have little enthusiasm for at the time. Started many years ago as a try out in 0 gauge. Put away for many years. Rediscovered recently but not now practical to convert to S7. Turned out OK in the end but no point keeping it. Will be on Ebay shortly.
