What scale is this?

I've been meaning to post a picture of this for a while and I remembered to take a picture today.

It's in the boardroom at Eddie Stobart.

Is that upstairs in the Glasshouse?

It looks bigger than G, so possibly Gauge 3. Are the rails about 2.5 inches apart?

About 6 inches + I would say. The loco is several feet long.

Possibly from Maxitrak? they do one in 5" scale. They also do a Warship as well.........

Unless I'm very much mistaken that's an A4, you should be able to scale it from that.

Almost certainly Maxitrak, with track from the same source. They are slightly under scale length, it is said so that they fit more easily into the boot of a car! Nicely engineered though.
