I'm there as an operator on Meopham East Junction. Looking forward to having a few beers with mates not seen for a long while.

I went last year for the first time since 2005, as a guest Operator for Makhis of this Parish. They had improved things from years ago with wider aisles and more seating, but the "Early Tickets" Entry Scrum looked as bad as ever (it was great to walk straight past it with an "Operator" badge!!)... I won't go as a Punter, even though there's going to be a particular US outline layout there this year that I really would like to see.
For me Telford Guildex has replaced Warley as the "Must Go" show of the year.

Like Tappa I will be generally getting underfoot on Meopham East Junction. Which as a section of fast moving main line will be a whole new ball game after years of shunting layouts!!..........its more akin to Scalextric with trains!
