A quick update, the area below has been prepared for the siting of an old grounded van , currently residing in the paint shop .

There will be some engineering work going around Church Norton this weekend, as it was noticed there was a kink in the trackwork approaching the station. So a Black 5 has been called in with a train of bogie bolsters for the track lifting, and a 2251 brings along some spoil wagons.

A quick update on Church Norton, a bit more greenery laid down but far from finished. But it’s nicer than looking at bare baseboards, and some are still bare after all these years. Probably going back to loco building this month, so the scenery will be on the back burner.
