That shed is a brilliant piece of modelling, but lets be honest; I doubt even an industrial site would allow its men anywhere near it let alone BR.

Further experiments with mirrors. It works, but...


....something about it didn't compute with my brain! I dunno, but it wasn't working for me.

I may revisit this, but I think in the meantime I'll stick with a simple backscene. Some matt white emulsion followed by a wash of colour should suffice.

A front-surfaced mirror is what you need. This would not show the (dark) gap between model and reflection.

I went out of my way once to buy such mirror glass (for layout photography) from a specialist dealer when visiting USA, only to find on return, a glass merchant in my small home town actually produced such mirrors as a regular thing!
