Good job there wasn’t a pedestrian in the way.

Hard to blame the car, it just did what it’s supposed to do when the driver prods the “go faster” pedal.

The big electric cars really want to go, I was given an EvoQ as a courtesy car last year when my car was in for a service and I really struggled to stick to the temporary 40MPH limit on a dual carriageway as I was coming home. The slightest touch on the accelerator and it wanted to be off. I can see the Mach E being very similar.

We had a similar saying to Simon's IT manager, "problem between chair and keyboard" which we marked down as "UFW" on our service desk system.

I wonder if anyone ever questioned or worked out what UFW actually stood for (I am sure that you can work it out...).
