Buying a kit for a pannier is OK... building a kit for a pannier tank is a whole different carrot.

To be honest I wouldn't touch another pannier tank kit with a barge pole. I suspect Simon D would agree with that sentiment too after recent rescue work...

Given the pannier from the same stable I built 20 odd years back I imagine the kit will provide the tank, and the cab, if I’m lucky!
