I know this may not be of any use to you but I am going to answer your question with a question.
Can you solder? Track construction using copper clad sleepers and clean rail is quite straightforward once you have mastered the basics.
Having said this I am sure someone will pop along. I also believe 3SMR offer a service, but not cheap.

You could try Marcway they do a wide range and offer special builds.

They are for 0-14 narrow gauge track building.
Roller Track Gauge for O14 – Light Railway Stores
Sets gauge and check rail position. Turned brass. Two types are available for different rail profiles, select the appropriate type for the rail you are using: Peco IL-115 Peco IL-83 Kalgarin 82/7

I was scared to make my own points and failed the first time, but the second attempt worked fine. If you or anyone else is like me strapped for cash I do a point making PDF Model Rail PDF's and photos – Google Drive you can download all my PDF's from here or just choose one.
This is what I used last time
And will continue to do so with my third go at a layout
Though I do have a roller gauge ... somewhere.
