Unfortunately the publishers haven't kept up with the times and I will have to try and find a cheque book, if I can remember what one looks like and post them a cheque for half a years subscription. I suspect that they aren't taking a full years subscription because the don't want to commit to a years publication. I do hope they sort out an easier way of paying for a subscription and this will be the catalyst for Cygnet Magazines to offer online shopping but luckily I did manage to find a cheque book, I just hope the Banks continue issuing them.

I think this might be where the MRJ staff deal with subscribers…

Just received issue 310 of the MRJ and all looks back to normal. John

In issue 309 the Small Suppliers section publicised Peter Simpkins's casting from R de Camin moulds of some GWR vehicles. Unfortunately it gave the wrong email address so the good Mr Simpkins will have thought there was no interest in his offer.

Issue 310 gave a corrected email address ... which bounced when I tried to use it!

Does anyone have a definitive email for Peter Simpkins? You know, one that actually works?
