Further to the question of detailing parts for the Western(s); I wonder if anyone here can proffer a set of dimensions for the headcode gaskets, please? They all seem to be equally rubbish and it's something I could get etched up pretty simply...

I'm also wondering if something could be done with/for the radiator fan grillework? I'd need some good pics and , again, dimensions. In the first light that's to see how good bad or ugly the JLTRT ones are as supplied.

I've more or less decided to do mine using the provided etches, but with the grill-work cut out, and some actual fine copper woven mesh added. Nothing looks as 3-D as proper woven mesh. The stuff on the Westerns is quite coarse and shows up on photos from above as NOT flat, like etched mesh.
You can get, (and I have), a sheet of almost scale mesh in copper off ebay from a seller called let's get meshy.

It comes in A4 sized sheets in a stiff card packaging, and isn't dear.
