Anyway as consolation I picked up Bargain of theDayWeekMonth at my Local Model Shop;-
A Weaver O Scale 50ft Tank car body (no wheels, trucks or couplings) for £3.00In yer face boys!!!
... and gave a short run on Withyn Reach to my Atlas Alco RS3, a recent eBay Bargain at £112 + P&P
...so not an entirely wasted day...![]()


I also hope everything went ok with John, i will be speaking to him later today so i can catch up with dodgy dealings

Went, saw, met some people, tried to purchase stuff....got told no or they didn't have it. Bought nothing...disappointed. Bought coffee, came home.
Roads were awful going, picked my lad up at Loughborough, came via Leicester, never again!
sold as carbon-arc-air gouging rods and can be had cheap for a box of FIFTY!!!
