Over on Rmweb there's a guy building Talyllyn junction, he built it from a sidelines kit and it was surplus to requirements so I snapped it up. The glazing got damaged during post but I have some replacements ready to go in.
It's a lovely job and hopefully in the future he's going to build me a few more to go with it. I'll have a crack at some Jltrt resin kits but I'll leave the etched kits to others for now!

Out with the weathering powders this evening to give Falcon a quick going over, concentrating on the bogies under frame and a little on the body side roof.
Once I'm happy I will seal it with some dull coat.

Really impressed with the pannier, a lot better than I thought it would be despite only really hearing good things..

JB.
From what I've seen and heard the Scorpio kits are good and certainly look exactly what they are supposed to. I definitely think they benefit from the addition of nice castings as the white metal ones supplied are tired now.

A bit of point rodding, this and the other check point is the only part of Ranelagh Bridge that has any point rodding as its all electric point motors.
It's fresh down so needs weathering.
image.jpeg image.jpeg 3rd and final ATC ramp going down, I've also taken delivery of some 3D printed slab & bracket chairs so work can continue on the next two points.
