Indeed, apologies for not replying just jet, I shall reply off topic..

Just a very quick update regarding the bogies... They seem to be correct, and will integrate well with the JLTRT/Waterman whitemetal Gresley bogies..

I'm just about to record a video with a stopwatch to show in realtime how quick and easy these bogies are to build.. Should hopefully have it uploaded to YouTube by tomorrow..

Question is...... What do you think would be a good price for these etches? I have a price in mind, but what would you be prepared to pay? Hope it's okay to ask this on here Cynric...

Well, FYI, the Slater's ones (with full brake gear, mind) run out at £43 these days, so I guess if you could price them to be the same as a complete bogie it'd seem about right.

Mind you, even at £43 I consider the Slater's ones to be remarkable value for money; they have only two faults (both easily rectified) and run superbly...

I suspect yours will run as well as the Slater's ones do, too!

So, starting at £43, taking off the cost of the whitemetal castings, brakegear details, wheels, bearings, springs, etc, I suspect you wouldn't actually have much left?

I did a couple of quick videos last night just to show how easily these go together... Completed sprung bogie in less than 19 minutes.... 

Shame my hand is in the way, I may have to re-do the videos.....

Well, I wont lie to you... I'm rather happy with these..

The pictures show the sprung bogie frames with the Ian Kirk cosmetic sideframes.. 

Pictures aren't great I know, but I'm stuck in the flat at the moment..
