If my wife (diagnosed in 2006) is anything to go by, I would say essential.It would appear that being a stubborn old b#st#rd is a highly desirable skill set in these circumstances.

just 'discovered' this thread..... I havent been on here for a while, must remedy that !. Anyway it seems that 'we' share a couple of things.... an interest... ok an obsession for the GCR in 7mm and unfortunately Parkies. I was diagnosed in Nov 2013, so I've a bit of a head start on you !!. It would appear that being a stubborn old b#st#rd is a highly desirable skill set in these circumstances.
