Aha... a 6mm 50rpm gearmotor. There will be a slip ring in the centre of the bearing to allow continuous 360 rotation, and we now have coupling rods. Battery and receiver will be in the upperworks

A small amount of lathework on a bevel gear, and a printed (PLA) motor mount, and the chassis does actually work (properly). You people who work in 2mm will think nothing of a simple 0-4-0 of the most very basic type - and quite right too! But for some of us we throw away offcuts bigger than this.......
