Over At Kemys Fawr Junction Engine shed shed staff go about their business with a few photographers on hand to capture the day on record and the ubiquitous spotter on the bridge

Construction of Canton Mk2 is underway. This won’t be a fast build as I have two commissions that will take priority first. nice to be underway though

Had a trip along the Swanage yesterday after collecting the turntable from Mike Greenwood this is going on the midland shed commission.
The GW table was posed so I could show a friend who’s in need of one.
Busy day today, the chimney stack has been weathered, The turntable primer has been completed and the bricks are in base Bauxite, The shell of the western shed is made up and the midland shed has had some bits repaired after being in storage for 2 years!
A slaters order is needed now plus some spares from Phil at Intentio and some more plastic section and corrugated card.
Cladding the shed for the western region shed commission plus planting a few large MBR trees on Sonning. That’ll probably be it for Sonning this year. Commission work and Canton will take priority now as commission work pays and Canton has a show invite for April.
