The tunnel mouth for the Severn tunnel end should be here this week, I'm aiming to have the layout complete before the summer ends.
It will then be made available for sale. The layout consists of two 4 foot square boards and would more than likely need a van for transportation.

Today I've screwed the signal box base down and blended in some more sand, The box will be remove able for transportation. Whilst the board was back down I've taken the opportunity to add more scenic items along the small retaining wall.

6 hours of painting and stressing the MDF not me!! I've made a start on the dry brushing. Lots still to do.

When the diorama is finished will you be photographing in natural day and evening light? The low angle and photographs taken from the top of the cutting do look so good.

I've printed off the PDF that Phil has sent and mounted it on Some card to check the clearance, I've also cut out the hole for the bracket signal.

polystyrene insulation board arrived today, I've cut two pieces out giving a depth of 100mm, these have been glued together and will be left to dry overnight and I can fettle them tomorrow
