Here are a couple of photos of Peter Manns Merney Junction.
The illusion of depth in only a few inches at the rear was very convincing but can only be really appreciated in the flesh.

It was nice to meet Richard Chown face to face as it were, an excellent modeller and probably ?the furthest travelled visitor to Mark on Saturday.

And what's more he travelled by train, which shows a degree of dedication to the cause that I for one can't match. What's more his train threw a pan somewhere north of Newcastle (I think) so his journey was even more of an ordeal. I had the pleasure of meeting him at the Perth show back in June – and no I didn't travel by train to that one either.
