The poles are timber, with a few coats of creosote.

I think it's digital cameras, the reds always seem to appear more orange. I've photographed my castle and the buffer beam looks orange and its not its definitely red.

6x2 same as the first board, I will be using the turn table for Ranelagh so it won't be prototypical for Canton but I think it's a shame not to use it especially after the work Paul put in.

Metalsmith almost have the new batch of turntables ready. I was talking to them last week, the new ones will be even better......

Plastic I & T section has arrived so the bridge should start to take shape during the week. Two weeks today we will be in to the second day of the first show for Canton.
The show is in the Odeon Cinema Newport South Wales.

A little more on the bridge. That's it for the show, I will get back to detailing the layout after the show as I need to concentrate on getting the fiddle yard, cassette & legs ready.

I've added some lamps today and doing a bit on the inside of the shed, Painting the internal wall black and the first coat of white.

I had some triple reporting panels made up a few years ago and they where over scale, So I got in touch with Pete Harvey to do some replacement ones, this is what you get and the result. First up the original ones,
I used fox transfers on this and the replacements,


This is what you get, I made up one of the mounting brackets and sprayed the triple panels up,

And once sprayed up on the loco,

The plates are now available from Pete Harvey.

I've started to make up some appropriate triple panels,

I've also started on the stairs, The steps in particular have been a female dog so far so I'm only doing a few at a time. I've also run out of plastic and I'm awaiting a delivery so I can carry on.

The turn table board is a no go at the moment due to transport issues, quite simply I haven't the room in the car.
