Too good to ignore.

The bottom pic is 'Hurst-Neilson Stock'. The lower of the pics being hand-worked door stock might just possibly also qualify as H stock since it could be a late pic. This lower pic is of a C or D trailer that was rebuilt as a driver in 1928-30 as those were the ?only cars which had this later type of 'embossed' headlamp. It wouldn't be a converted 'E' type trailer as they had the cab rainstrip extending the full width of the car.
The upper picture might well be the unique Circle Line 1921 stock DM [no: 2589] as that was the only CL DM with a clerestory roof. It isn't a rebuilt DM from a C, D or E trailer as it hasn't had the headlamps modified.

Note also the lack of a fourth rail!

What interesting pictures!

@Arun Sharma Are both photos purely District Railway stock or is one of them Met/District stock built for operating the Inner Circle services?

Edit. Just re-read your post regarding the purpose built Met/District Inner Circle stock.

Interesting pictures - It ought to be possible to date the lower picture because:
The Inner Circle destination plate as well as the rebuilding of this stock puts the pic at least beyond 1928-30. I'm not entirely convinced about the lack of a fourth rail however. I have a feeling the inner circle plates didn't oulast WW2.
