On Heather's Workbench - right out of the box

I was surprised to realise that the coach was fully painted/lined while still in bits

It's actually suggested in the instructions that you do this. I know! Who reads instructions?! :))

You could paint and line the sides before fitting the roof, and leave the glazing out. Masking out the interior might be achievable with that wet tissue routine or tape. Leaving everything flatpack, though, makes it so much easier.

great work as usual Heather, might try the flat pack approach with the Inspection Saloon, although I'm thinking that I might need to rethink the body/chassis fixing method as I do not want to use the present bolt arrangement as it would be seen through the end windows, if I do change it, you'll see when I start the build thread.

cheers

Mike
