Just put an 8 x 4 sheet of plywood over the top to block out the light, and it'll be New St to a tee, Jim..!!!:D

Remember changing at New Street for the Coventry service en route to Warwick for a job interview back in the late 70s got on one of those electric trains ,Is it me or do they stop quicker ? Reason why I ask is when the train stopped a young lady who was also travelling up for the interview went flying along with her false teeth ,how I kept a straight face ! Ah memories

Jim are you doing all of the platforms as there look to be some missing
I thought that but didn't like to ask. However it's done is very well planned though, because you can't tell from the shots of the approach tracks (well I can't anyway) - only by counting platforms.

I hoped so Jordan - with the roof on it should be even less obvious. The platforms are also too narrow and the stuff on them is asymmetrical, being nearer the back side than the front.

Cheers

Jim I understand the reason and as Jordan said I only noticed because I counted the platforms. It still does not detract from the absolutely superb job you are making of the iconic eyesore beast of a station

Confucius, he say, "Wise man knows when to compromise, and how to hide it."

(I hadn't noticed at all.)

Well, technically, I did, but I thought that if I attributed it to someone else, people might believe me... ;)

Confucius, he say, "Wise man knows when to compromise, and how to hide it."

(I hadn't noticed at all.)

Confucius's dad he said:

"Nobody likes a smart-arse son"

Unfortunately Mrs Confucius thereupon beat her husband around the head with wet kippers and banished him to his shed.

"Take no notice son, he's an idiot"

The rest, as they say, is history:))

Or philosophy, or something...
