Hi phil I was just about to leave a note on your work bench to say that I've used your idea it's a really good one and works very well
I am not sure that I can work out how you have done the suspension... please post some pikkies of the separate bits. What material have you used for the spring?

regards, Graham

Hi Steve which paint did you use on your wagons
John

Railmatch Rail Blue

I used grey primer on all, except the one with excessive wear on the sides, where you can see the primer coming through, i used white primer. :D

Hope that helps ?.

Hi Steve,

just received my copy of Hugh Longworth's Mk1 & 2 book (thanks Simon, both arrived safe and sound this afternoon) and listed among the Non-passenger stock over five & half pages are the BR built version of the Fish van, the listing includes those that were converted to SPVs and those that went into Departmental use. Let me know if you need any info.

cheers

Mike.

Update.....

Just a small update from last night, while researching the van (Keep changing my choice) & listening to The Rams on the radio.

I also put together, a Peco buffer stop. Thats about my level so far without supervision !! :))

I also rec'd quite a few bits of scrap lead today from a roofer mate of mine. Enough to carry on with ALL my minerals & BY's & CCT, & also some for Rob (Lancer)
