Hi Steve could you tell me what the measurements are for the rivets on the roof and the strips or are they the same .Also I noticed in photos that they are fitted with screw couplings

I picked up one of these kits yesterday what A nice kit the body has gone together so easily I keep thinking I've done something wrong all of the body just fitted like a glove superb

We used a picture of the van i was recreating, & judged it by how many rivets along the top & did they line up with anything on the sides :) & the amount of strips, again using the picture. I think it seems to work ok :thumbs:

Yes they do go together very nicely, especially for a novice like me !! :rolleyes:

After i made a couple up with (Rob) lancer1027's help, I tried one on my own, just got to find a picture of one i like & paint & tranfer it to finish ;) (Thats the unpainted one on the pics previously)

Very nice Steve I think I've devised a way of making the chasis a slide in fit after its made so that I can paint the body and chasis seperately ill let you know if it works

So far I've used brush type fours idea for suspension and 7mm Micks idea for the W irons so that I can remove the wheels for metal blacking I can glue the w irons in after painting .the floor on this one is glued in but the next one I will try and make the floor a slide fit after painting

Ok I've had to take a photo with my iPad so it might not be the right way up my lap top isn't working at the moment
