I did think of that, will have a go if I need something to relax me!

You could turn the pins into balls with a dab of epoxy on top and work some round the bottom with a pin. I’ve used that on those fine peco pins for control levers.

It's very effective for controls too. 4mm class 47.

Controllers with knobs on now. The Araldite trick worked ok.
