It's an ex-LMS wagon to D1666 – M 1345xx. The paint on the metalwork usually goes first (going by photos), so the way round on that wagon is unusual. It may have had extensive re-planking, which is, perhaps, equally unusual for a wood underframe wagon built during 1923-30.*Hello
Me and my wagon fixation again.... Moses. the tablets, please..
That second wagon in from the left; painted metalwork and bare wood? I'm not sure. But another one for the collective calumny that is Watkins Wharf to "have a go" at.
Cheers

The curb rail may still have paint, or just be lighter-coloured timber.
* Though there doesn't seem to be any trace of large "L M S" on the planks, that it would have had when new.
