I'll ask the obvious - how much, kit & transfers?

I have been quoted £150.00 and I understand that the price includes the transfers.

I am working on the premise that the kit does not include wheels.

Dick did say the wheels are from Peartree Engineering, was it 2'10"? they are an odd size anyway. I think the price is about right and I doubt it will include the wheels.

the link in Post 26 is enough, just ignore the OHE and think Class 40 - on a diversion round the Oldham loop - job done

This is on the ECML, I think it's a Kings X - Perth service from text I've seen elsewhere, ran up to Edinburgh then across to Perth, I did check it didn't run up to Carlisle and then up to Perth mind

Better yet, leave the 'roarer' on in pale blue with white roofs and add the 40 on as a WCML diesel hauled diversion.

Mind you not sure where the diversion would be going as OHLE north of Crewe didn't start until the 70's

I thought that that only applied to what is inside the Newton Chambers units - must hope that I get a buyer for the Lionheart wagons then

The wheels in the kit are from Peartree Engineering and are to FS standards. I spoke to Peartree and exchanged the wheels in the box for a set with S7 axles.
