Very impressive.

As an aside may I ask if the stonework sheets are also A4 size, it doesn't seem too clear on your website and I assume they are as the brick sheet size ?

Yes A4 sheets, larger by request. I can also by request, cut out windows, doorways and add header coarses etc.

Signal Box cut and first batch on its way, I moved to another 4mm commission that I've had for a while and had completed but wasn't happy with it. So a look with fresh eyes and a test build and I think it looks a lot better.

I've change the roof slates from fiddly strips to a single engraved sheet, got rid of the really fiddly overlays for verticals between the sleepers and made them integrated by using the laser to mill out the sleepers.

In all, I think a far simpler kit to build that looks better too. So here is the test build, hopefully will see a properly built and painted one soon.

The signal box posted on Tuesday looks great. It would make a very good Cambrian box with different bargeboards, or one of the boxes supplied to the GWR before their standard design evolved.

Is the hut above a lineside hut. I like the grain effect on the timber. Would be handy in 7mm if you propose to do it in this scale. I wonder what colour they carried in late GWR and BR days.

Very nice, that, Phil.
Thanks. These have gone out to several people so looking forward to see what professional builders can do with it. I’m pretty pleased with it. A few ideas I’ve developed for 4mm that should make converting my 7mm kits and producing new 4mm kits a lot easier.

Britain’s smallest pub is now even smaller! Following a request to scale our 7mm Nutshell pub kit down to 4mm, I've prototyped this today. A couple of small features to add and it will be ready.

Again, I've used a 'living' hinge to get the MDF to bend at the corner.

A lasercut card wrap then goes on. The camera has picked up all the glue!!

It was suggested that I put some engraved details in the back wall. A great base for your own embellishments.

The first shot in the last post really shows the value of this method of working. Super job on the rounded corners. So I have a question about rounded bricks at the corners instead of square ones, is it possible? there were lots of instances of rounded corner bricks.
