I can do that. It’s laborious work to create the artwork. Essentially, I have to create layers of greys to represent the power of the laser. Is there any way you could adjust the laser setting or use a filter to give a 'fuzzy' beam (a great techy word, eh?) or similar in order to achieve a radiused trough effect, like this? Would be fantastic for random stone!

You can tell I know JS about lasers.......
The sheets are .3 mm thick so very flexible. I’ll have a look at it.Granite road setts next please, on thin sheet to allow camber.
What laser software are you using?I'd like to reproduce this kind of stone:
Sorry PhilWhat laser software are you using?
I could engrave that for you. My work would be a bit flatter, but with good painting, it would look like your example. What scale are you working in?Sorry Phil
I posted before finishing my message. Blame not the red wine - just the quantity thereof!

7mm. If I was to sketch/give dimensions for the infilled arches, presumably you could produce the whole side of the viaduct?I don’t need the provision for shops/businesses as I have to lose the road sadly.I could engrave that for you. I'm revisiting the road situation. I'm setting the layout too late for the trams but....Shame you have to lose the road - could have trams and granite setts as well!
Agree, it cries out to be modelled !I'm revisiting the road situation. I'm setting the layout too late for the trams but....

That wealth of advertising hoardings and under-the-arches businesses is so 'of-its-time' that it has to be accommodated somehow!
