Looks good, but I see you're struggling to make the H-spokes, as I am for my 36tonner...

Is the repeatability good enough for you to laminate from 2 x thick spoke and 1 x thin spoke maybe?

I guess the artwork could be adjusted easily for spoke thickness, and it will be easy to file out any join marks in the MDF teeth :)

Steph it's the Cowans Sheldon 30ton crane supplied to the LMS during WW2.

You've noticed a detail I missed :( but I think I can replicate that detail by laminating three layers. I'll have a look in a minute.
