I think you've covered your struggle brilliantly - love the arty-photos!
I'd appreciate a sharp one though - the struggle for me was keeping the layers in registration so the teeth looked like a single item and I can't see if you've got the same problem or not.

I have heard of a rivet counter, but not a teeth counter ;).

So how many do you want? ;)
Actually, your posts and photos have given me another idea on how I can modify the parts I've got...
I guess you could produce them just as easily in plastic (Rowmark?) in which case there is an opportunity for a fantastic kit!

Ok, first cut off the laser of the new building. I'm pleased with window and door detail. The door you can see is the interior side. The exterior will have a thin laminate layer to add depth to the door panels. The door can be modelled open or shut ad the customer likes.

The window sill detail needs slight adjustment as it should be a firm fit. Probably needs 0.4mm along the length to do it.

As the largish window and potential open door can show the interior I have added some simple panelling detail and representation of the fire place.

The real building was built on a concrete plinth so I have used this opportunity to create the floor and frame to hold the building tight and square. It also makes it very easy to build up square too.

Brick detail. It should be exactly as the original if I've got my measurements right. It looks like some overrun on the laser but it is minimal and does not show at all on a painted building.

Been busy with odd bits and bobs for people but in between times I've drawn up an LMS style double track bridge that is loosely based on Ripple. Part of the design is inspired by Cynrics work on arches and a recent design feature I learnt from a recent customer that used dowels to keep the multiple layers tightly together as well as the trusty PVA glue.

It is a straight forward design and I should be able to alter the details to reflect the flavour of the different railway companies styles.

I should hopefully get this cut out and built this weekend but the workshop is just too cold to venture for long in the evenings. :(

I put a bit of black paint on the sleepers to see how they would look. Probably in expect hands quite good, in mine...

I think they would be ideal for sleeper based fences, coal staiithes or in or in more moden times as storage bays.

Just need a slip of rusty coloured paper to make bandings where the sleepers have been repaired. Thanks for that suggestion @offtherails Rayner.
